Cant change to 2 Gb

Can you guys help me? i got a problem, i cant change the memory to 2 gb or higher, i have 6 gb ram. I can only choose 1 gb and lower how to fix this?

You need to install 64 bit Java. First, if your on windows, go into control panel and uninstall the Java currently there.

Go onto http://Java.com/download (on an iPad, can't hyperlink well) and make sure you get the 64 bit version. If it says 32 bit, link the link that says see all versions and download the Windows 64 bit (or whatever operating system you are on.) Reply for more help, hope that helped!
