ip conflicts and a non-starting server

hello, if this got posted twice, sorry. i didnt see the topic in the list.

so ok. i found out that the server didnt let me join. it didnt even show it as online in the server list.

but when i saw the console the server was running. after restarting, i got this error:

so how do i fix the ip conflicts and y doesnt the server start??
