Re: Java Problems on Server Launch

I can confirm this too. Running Java 7u4 in Ubuntu 64bit in vSphere.

I am really looking forward to any improvement on this. I don't think it is a configuration issue, i did not change anthing except updating tekkit to 3.0.3. It worked as a charm before with 2.1.1.

Cheers

Re: Java Problems on Server Launch

I removed: wrcbe-addons-server-1.2.1-bukkit-mcpc-1.2.5.zip, wrcbe-core-server-1.2.1-bukkit-mcpc-1.2.5.zip, wrcbe-redpower-server-1.2.1.1-bukkit-mcpc-1.2.5.zip from the mods and now the server works fine, suggest you try ripping out the wireless mods to for a temporary fix.

Re: Java Problems on Server Launch

@kielan

Thanks yo! I did initially remove one of those files knowing it had something to do with wireless stuff, but I didn't try getting rid of all three. Server launches I'm going to check up on everything to make sure it's working presto.

Edit: I set my launcher to manual selection and did 3.0.3 or whatever and I still cant join. Anyone know how to fix?

Update: Fixed it by removed .technicpack folder and redownloading. Can't see the terrain though lol.

Re: Java Problems on Server Launch

Looks like your config file either doesn't have windows-type end of lines (CR,LF), or your config files have lines that are larger than 1024 characters. Probably the first issue.

CodeChickenCore assumes all config files are windows style.

try converting them to dos/windows format:

http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/howto-unix-linux-convert-dos-newlines-cr-lf-unix-text-format/

Worked like a charm sir. Thanks for the solution.

While the error log seems to mention the core components, converting them by themselves didn't fix it. However, converting the main WirelessRedstone.cfg did. I'm not sure if all four are required or just the main one, but doing all four caused the server to load.

Re: Java Problems on Server Launch

Thanks again for the upload.

I placed the files in my config folder (only one of them replaced something) but I still get that error. I'll just wait for the tekkit folks to fix up the files. Till then, removing those 3 mods is floating our boat.

Thank you to everyone for contributing.
