help with crafting

on my tekkit server me and my friend play a regular survival and when we try to craft things that are from one of the mods in tekkit the item that is being made just appears and disappears and then we cant craft it. i do not know how to fix this problem. please help

example: i tried to make a wooden gear and its for sticks in a cross with no middle and then the item appears and goes away

IC2 is messed up atm in the new build of tekkit just spawn a crafting table III and you will be able to make all the items u cant make right now
