Description of Problem: On Tekkit 3.0+ the NEI Search Box, Item List, Save Slots and Item Subsets button all disappear in full-screen mode (1024x768).

Works as expected in windowed mode on Tekkit 3.0+ and works in both windowed and fullscreen modes on Tekkit 2.0 and 2.1 and Technic 6.0.7.
Also works as expected on Vanilla 1.2.5, modded with Modloader 1.2.6, NotEnoughItems-Client 1.2.2.3 and CodeChickenCore-Client 0.5.2 in both windowed and fullscreen modes.
