Rending Gale Issue

Description of Problem: On both Tekkit 3.0.3 and Tekkit 3.0.4 servers the Swiftwolf Rending Gale's default fly or "blue" mode will not stay on if I have a fuel source in my inventory - it flashes blue then switches to red - causing me to lose my coal, redstone, or Klein Star charge very quickly. No errors in the log. Pressing "C" or "G" won't help.

I can confirm this issue

Confirmed. Although, my experience is that the ring will not turn off if I have fuel in my inventory. It remains blue when i'm on the ground, but still uses fuel slowly.
