[Redpower?] Floppy disks don't seem to work

Question

Posted

Launcher/pack Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

Operating System: Ubuntu Linux

Version of Java: jre 1.6.0_23?

Description of Problem: Floppy disks for the redpower computer system don't seem to work, they maintain their data until ejected, but if you put the same disk back in it becomes junk data.

I came across this problem while trying to import my disk images from SSP, I Couldn't locate the .img files it uses (or atleast it uses for SSP.) Through further testing found that floppies don't maintain their data at all, nor do they save to the disk in any way. (the code to do so seems to be there though...)

Error Messages: N/A

Link to pastebin of log: N/A

EDIT: it seems I might be mistaken, it's working now?

Floppies are ComputerCraft, not redpower. I've found some computercraft glitches also, but I get an error message and where the error is so I can manually see what is wrong.

I'm not talking about computercraft floppies, have you seen the new redpower computer system? its epic.

I've done some digging around, and it seems that the MP side of the DiskDrive is only partially coded, I've done some tweaking myself and got it half working, but it's not going to work properly until Eloraam release a fix.
