Tekkit Server Set Up help?

Creating a very simple tekkit server.

Port Forwarded already; 25565.

Then Checked to see if it was open, it was.

Server properties set to port 25565.

But when my friend tried to connect, "Cannot Reach Server".

Im at a lost for solutions? I did everything correctly.

You didn't fill out a bug report correctly.
