Issue with teleport pipes/connected pipe count?

Launcher/pack Version: latest / DB 3.0.3

Operating System: Server is running centos 5.8 / pc is windows 7

Version of Java: Both on Java 1.7_03

Description of Problem:

Teleport pipes do not seem to be working as they were in tekkit 2, connected pipe count does not increase (occasionally it does), but does still teleport as intended.

If you are using a teleport tether they dont work. Use a world anchor and ur tp pipes will work. (Place tethers at both tele sites).
