EE Crash when using most items

On the current latest build for servers, most of the players are unable to use EE Tablets and make most of the items such as catalyst explosives or the tablets.

The most noticeable example is that when you use a tablet (which an admin spawned in to test) you immediately crash, white screen and freeze.

It doesn't produce an error report as far as I can make out, even when checking for it in the folder.

Is anyone else experiencing this bug?

More importantly, is it fixable?
