OK from here it's all down to the port forward.

First thing to double check is your router's port forwarding configuration. Double check that under "Port Forwarding List", that it says:

25565-25565 TCP 192.168.0.2 N/A N/A

Then check it vs a tool such as http://www.canyouseeme.org/

Just enter "25565" into that site and see what the resultant output is.

I've followed everything you've said, My Port list says 25565-25565 TCP 192.168.0.2 N/A N/A

I visited http://www.canyouseeme.org/ Entered 25565, and it said this:

Error: I could not see your service on 71.35.231.21 on port (25565)

Reason: Connection timed out

Problem Solved. I think. It Found it. But when I use my current IP:25565 Tekkit doesn't pick it up.
