[3.0.3/3.0.4] Updated from 2.1.1 to 3.0.4, Server won't start!

Title: Updated from 2.1.1 to 3.0.4, Server won't start!

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Linux VPS

Java Version: Latest

Description of Problem:

Updated from 2.1.1 to 3.0.4 and server won't start!

Error Messages:

Updated from 2.1.1 to 3.0.4, its not a map/world problem but the server will not start, it boots up fine until it gets to the point in the error log... i know that it is a problem with wireless redstone or something but im not sure how to fix it.
