[3.0.3/3.0.4] Servers wont work!

Title: Servers wont work!

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: 7

Description of Problem:

There is no freakin' good explaination to install the server, i can't find the files that are in the update thing at the server, when i do it the way i think it would the server would get errors... There is no good link to download Tekkit 3.0.4. server only an update thingie which doesnt work etc.

Did you miss the server download link here? Or the instructions to update from 3.0.3 to 3.0.4 in the same spot? If you're updating from Tekkit 2.anything, you're probably on your own except for the update thread on the forum.
