[3.0.3/3.0.4] Tekkit server will not work

Title: Tekkit server will not work

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Windows Vista

Java Version: 7 64-Bit

Description of Problem:

I run the tekkit.jar file, but it doesnt turn my server on. I looked in the logs and found an error which I pasted below. I just updated from Tekkit 2 to 3.

can you post the whole of the log please, from the entry of the server start command to the end of the error (i work by seeing where it's got up to )
