[3.0.3/3.0.4] Tekkit Vanilla

Description of Problem:

When tekkit loads, it loads only into vanilla with a handful of mods. There are no big trees, no extra items beyond the vanilla items, no minimap, no waypoints... it has none of what makes tekkit, tekkit. I tried using technic, and that works, and I also tried deleting my tekkit folder and re-downloading it, but the same thing happened.

I'm guessing it's only loading NEI? I just had to troubleshoot this problem with a friend that was trying to join my server. Check to make sure Windows Firewall or something else isn't blocking the launcher, then clear your cache and try again. A dead giveaway that something is blocking it is if the cache won't clear.
