Transfering a Tekkit Server from Mac to Windows

We have a server running on a Mac OSX machine, but we want transfer it to a Windows machine. What kind of problems can we expect if we do this? Any files in particular that we need or don't need?

You should have no problem at all. You will just have to edit the server.properties so that the ip address and port match.
