no theres no ip and i got 8gb of ram , technic works tho so i dont think its that

ye i no im stupid. but serouisly i got the files put it in the folder and set it up but my problems are A. i cant get on tekkit it says update failed b. when i run the server it says this: 20:19:52 [WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT! 20:19:52 [WARNING] The exception was: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind 20:19:52 [WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port? > please help im really confused
