ye i no im stupid.
but serouisly i got the files put it in the folder and set it up but my problems are
A. i cant get on tekkit it says update failed
b. when i run the server it says this:
20:19:52 [WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!

OS: 64 bit windows 7
Java Version: update 9? the newest one

when i join my server it says the server requires you to have te following mods and it lists then but i dont know how to get them
