Yea i did that before posting this several times, nothing changed and the file just redownloaded itself. :/ Ive seen this problem unsolved in so many places

Anybody know a possible solution? I've read problems similar but nothing quite like this.

Title: Server Error Version: 3.1.2 OS: Windows 7 Java Version: 1.7.0_07 Description of Problem: I ran my server as usual last night and it was running perfect with no errors and I shut it down normally when i went to sleep. This morning i woke up and got some sort of error that i spent hours looking up and trying to fix. Im coming to the conclusion that my map is corrupt because of the fact that the server runs fine with any other map but not this one. All i want to know is what the problem may be and if there is any possible way to fix it.
