I found out what was wrong you should mention that Mc affe does affact it to i uninstalled it and got microsoft security essentials

Evrytime i try to open the Technic launcher the Logo comes up and dosent go untill i restart the computer :s I have java 7 and i have minecraft 1.1 but it still happens (i have tryed both 32bit and 64bit java) Any fixes?
