snipe you hard

Hello. I am making a modpack in 1.4.7 using the mods Adventure Kit Mod, Bacon Mod, CustomMobSpawner, Mo'Creatures, Mekanism, Metallurgy Mod, Redpower, SodaCraft, Ether Mod, THX Helicopter Mod, Traincraft, and Twilight Forest, all in 1.4.7 and they work, too. I also have the coremods, NEI, codechickencore, and GUI API. I installed the minecraft forge (universal) in the modpack.jar i made in the bin folder. The version is 6.6.2.534, the newest for 1.4.7. I got it in the Dropbox public folder and got my URLs okay. I know the hosting for my modpack works becuase my mods are being installed when I download the pack. My problem is that minecraft forge, as well as any of the mods, are not loading. The box that usually appears saying "FML is setting up your minecraft environment" isn't appearing. I know everything is installed correctly, so I don't know what the problem is. I am having difficulty picking up the Loot Balls, the black circular things that contain what you mine from using dark matter tools, rings, lens, etc, when I mine them. I may clear a tunnel with Mega-Impact mode on the dark matter hammer, and I have say 20 loot balls. It only lets me pick up 5 of them. Is this a glitch, or a bug? My inventory space is empty too, so its not a space issue. Thanks for all your help!
