Hi, I'm sorry for posting this here as I'm pretty sure this is the completely wrong area of the forum for such a thread, but after having had a look around the forum and not seeing where I should and could post it, I was forced to post it here. I'm basically wondering if anyone would be able to link me to a download of Java 6 for Mac. I used to play Tekkit about half a year or more ago, though it suddently stopped working. At the time, I tried multiple times to fix the problem but ended up going around in circles and getting nowhere. As a last attempt to sort the problem out and save myself from having to buy another computer to play tekkit and other games on, I've been working on it for the last 5 hours. I deleted all files relating to tekkit, technic and java off my mac into the bin, which i then emptied, thus permanently deleting them. I then downloaded the tekkit launcher for mac off the main tekkit page, but have found that I need Java 6 to use it. Please, if anyone can help me out, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks.

Description of Problem: I use a Mac and have played tekkit on it before. I used to just play on normal tekkit till a friend of mine set up a server for me. About a month ago I tried to open it one day and It wouldn't work. Since then he has had a look at it and can't find any problems. We tried loads of things, including reinstalling the technic launcher, keeping a copy of my technic and tekkit files on a memory stick, removing the memory stick from the mac and then deleting all tecknic and tekkit files and downloading & reinstalling the technic launcher and files. Im checking my Java files right now but it says I have the latest version of Java. Whenever I open the technic launcher and try to log into Tekkit, not even my server on it, my minecraft guy is on the left and my user name and password are already typed in. I press log in and the screen goes white then the program closes. Im not sure what to do. Help please. Error Messages: Error Log:
