It is all sorted, was my server bugging out, thanks guys :)

I have recently updated my launcher and server to the latest tekkit release, but have noticed that when I try to condense anything at all it will consume the first stack and then get stuck on the second, then a few stacks will dissapear then re appear, and I can't then pick up the item I have been condensed, or If I do it appears in my inventory with a lot less than it says I have. Any ideas? Cheers :)
