But i have over 50 User i deont think all can chage there Clients

Title: Since update to 3.1.3 i cant start Server With the Same Map Version: 3.1.2 OS: CentOS6 Java Version: 7 Description of Problem: I Have the Lastest Tekkit version : 3.1.3 When i start the Tekkit Server(3.1.3) With The Map from 3.1.2 came that Error!
