How do I fix it? :O

Launcher Version: 3.1.3 Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit Java Version: 7 Antivirus Program: NIL Description of Problem: When i updated my tekkit to 3.1.3 , most of my mods were saying "MetaData Not Found" I started to realise this when i figured out i could not see certain recipies from NEI eg.Generator , MFE , BatBox , Macerator. I googled and read the forums they said i had to downgrade the tekkit version . But i dont want to as i have a server which only runs on 3.1.3 , i mean if there is a way to transfer my server to the lower versions of tekkit i would not mind , but the best is if i could fix this "MetaData Not Found" bug or glitch.
