i cant sign in to technic launcher because it says that i have to have a minecraft account that has bought the game but whenever my dad tries to buy the game it wont let us but i made a account on here shouldn't that be the thing i type in to use the technic launcher but somehow i have the game

i dwnloaded techinc launcher but when i try to log in it says I need to get the game first but when my dad tried to buy it from minecraft.net it wouldn't let him but we got the game some how but i need a account that has bought the game but it won't let us buy it anybody have any ideas
