Launcher Version: 3.1.3 Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: Java 7 Antivirus Program: Norton 360 Description of Problem: When i download a modpack with the launcher it just keeps downloading the minecraft.jar then it says "Update Failed" i have even reinstalled the launcher HELP!!!!
