ok so i did this and now the mods are working but now no chunks spawn??? thanks

i updated my tekkit to 3.0.3 and now i only have nei installed with nothing else. this has also happened with technic. ive tried redownloading and now whatever build i choose this happens and help would be appreciated :)

I tried to load my technic launcher and it opens and say downloading 0/3 then just shuts it i tried deleting and re-downloading but it just does the same thing. I was on it fine last night not sure what happened??
