I have looked in every folder and used the search function already.

I don't see a "RongSection" or a "Stickies.txt".

I don't see a Duckzzz.zip. What folder is it in?

I tried making a server, but it says the server includes the following mods: Industrial Craft 2, Computercraft, CCturtle and Railcraft. Does that mean I need to download all of those mods?
