Update failing, reaching about 99% and then saying it failed.

Launcher Version: 1.0.3.4 Operating System: Windows 7 64bit Java Version: 1.7 Antivirus Program: AVG Description of Problem: Update Failed. Have tried deleting Technic and Minecraft files and redownloading, and switching off both AntiVirus and Firewall. Haven't updated Minecraft to 1.4.6 yet, stil using 1.4.5 if that makes a different.
