Even though I have started up the technic pack numerous times, no modloader config has been generated. I even went to the Technic SSP config folder and looked for it there to do it manually, but I couldn't find it. Are there any solutions to this problem? Error Messages: Error Log:

Why the heck can't I find any electric wisps? I wanna make the Seven Leagues boots, but I can't find a 2nd electrified wisp! What are the spawn conditions for them? I checked the original thread, and it was rather vague. I know that it listed the other places where the other wisps can spawn, but where is anywhere else? Anyone care to help? EDIT: Also, do the Boots of Striding, etc., wear and tear as you get damaged/walk around?
