I am using the build 3.1.2, but it seems I'll have to manually change them all, ty

I updated my server and now all my High speed tracks are regular tier 2 tracks, is that because of changes? It rather sucks since my server was basically a Minecart station with many tracks to different places and I'll have to replace about 98% of the cart system. Any possible way to fix this or do I have to manually fix all my tracks? Oh, and I see wooden booster track and H.S. booster track, is the tier 2 booster called powered track now?
