  3. Sorry but i am not completely sure what this means and i responded in the general diamond shards thead as well, could you elaborate on what an ID conflict means, how to solve it etc? We are all using the official tekkit lite server/client installs. Upon further reading of your post it seems that there are multiple items with the same ID, is this what you term as ID conflict? If so how can this be fixed, and is this simply a problem with the mod pack?

This is explained in the bug report thread, the server is using standard tekkit lite server install, and all players are using tekkit lite client install so there is no ID conflict for standard tekkit lite installs, though as you mentioned in the bug post that it is an item ID conflict which makes sense. This bug seems to happen single player and multiplayer as if anything requiring craftpackets is severely bugged using tekkit lite. Though i am quite new to minecraft mods, i have only done terrafirmacraft and tekkit(independently and on different windows installs), but again this affected all players on the server simultaneously and destroyed all privileges regardless of the init files for permissions, OP status, etc. The only fix we found was to reinstall the server.
  5. Hopefully it is a simple mistake in the version of factorization or somesuch, but as of now i have not gotten any official explanation on anything. Keep checking the bug report i posted above for the latest info on this, hopefully they will respond there.
  6. Would this need to be server side, client side or both do you think? Also could you be a tid bit more detailed about how to get it working beyond just using a zip tool? Would we need to get it from the official factorization site, how would we go about adding these files to the server if needed etc? I am not too suave at how to mod minecraft personally but am a big fan of the tekkit mods.
  7. DON'T PUT THOSE IN FACTORIZATION MACHINES, it bluescreened our server and destroyed all privileges to place blocks for all players. We had to completely reinstall the server after putting that packet into a craftpacket stamper. It also ALWAYS crashes attempting to make ANY packet in a craftpacket maker. I think the standard install for all of factorization is flawed to some degree and should not be used until fixed or at least someone from the official creators explains what is going on with this.   9. Well I am running the tekkit lite official launcher straight from the technic site, and the server is simply running the lite server launcher from the site as well. So there should not be any incompatibilities. It seems to simply be that those items do not craft properly and those machines do not work properly. Is this because the tekkit lite launchers do not properly add the factorization mod and we would need to specifically add those files to run those portions of the game? Seems silly they would be included in the launcher but break the game when used without additional mods added.

Title: Craftpackets always crash Version: 0.5.1 OS: Windows 7 64 bit Java Version: 7 update 10, 64 bit Description of Problem: When attempting to use craftpacket maker as soon as i place the items in to begin crafting the packet it crashes the game, this also crashes our small group server. Upon re-entering the game it spawns an item called "autoarchic gate" where the packet would normally be spawned. It also crashed attempting to create diamond shards in a craftpacket stamper. I assembled the packet that makes diamond shards(though it does not create the correct item, it creates something called "item.pipegateautoarchic.255"), and when placing that into the stamper crashed our group server. Since the server crashed i have also lost all ability to place blocks, open chests, furnaces, generators, etc even though i have been given the ability to do so, even given "OP status" or whatever that is called. My character was also forcefully deleted from the server yet i still cannot place blocks or open things(not even doors) upon restarting. I have even gone so far as to delete the .techniclauncher folder and redownload the files using the tekkit launcher. Still no luck.
