  1. RamasesN3, I'm thinking your problem is internet connectivity, since each download error occurs 1-2 seconds after the respective file starts downloading, before a website hardly has time to respond. Also, since you mention a work office, I'm wondering if your server computer has a connection to the outside internet? Regardless, as luacs1998 has posted, "Fixed in latest FE build, we moved away from sqlite anyway". So I don't think that you need the sqlite-jdbc.jar for the server to run.
  2. Here's a link to a thread that essentially solves this issue: http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/error-starting-server-somthing-about-sqlite-jdbc-jar.35006/ (Next time, may I suggest using the search, or looking in the "Tekkit Lite BUG BOARD"?)
  3. For the more adventurous (and those equipped with a hex editor), you can also go into the "coremods" folder and open "ForgeEssentials-core-1.4.6-0.1.0.208.jar" with WinRAR or 7-zip (etc). Once inside, navigate through this folder structure, "com\ForgeEssentials\coremod\". Open Data.class with your hex editor, find "cea9f7f8e6bcb580d953a8651fb8391640de0f85" (without the quotes), and replace it with "52314f3ac527c643444f529fe9ee00c25aa16d91" (again, without the quotes). Upon attempting to launch the Tekkit Lite server again, the file should be downloaded from GitHub. NB: If you're not familiar with hex editors, I'd recommend following Viper007Bond's post.
