Thanks for the reply but when I type that in it comes back as unknown code so guess I dont have world guard.

Hi im trying to start a single player server to work on but im having problems getting the quarry to start, I hook up any engine and no engines will start. When I place the quarry the yellow/black framework appears and all looks normal until I hook up engines and they wont start. I'v looked all over the web for a solution and have tried /op [buildcraft] but to no avail, I dont really understand the plugins part people say to check and have no idea how to look into it. Anyone have any ideas? appreciate any help, thanks.
