Hey Boris can I ask how you got Factions on to your server? Trying to get it on to mine and having a bit of trouble....

Hello, I'm posting on behalf of my friend who host my server. We wanted factions or clans on the server but he says he can't get it to work. Even when I've seen other Tekkit servers with it, so what's the deal with this? He has Forge bukkit on the server if that matters.
