Heuchler

So i found an oil deposit and started pumping it out to tanks but the oil isn't going into the tanks. they do however fill the waterproof pipes that connect the tanks to the pump. i am currently using tekkit lite 1.4.7 and buildcraft 3.4.0. any thoughts of how to fix or if its a major bug that i will need to wait for a fix?
