Actually this might not even be an issue with the mod pack, even my vanilla MC with Tekkit is crashing, with no know reason

Hello, Im trying to set up a vanilla modpack then add mods as I see fit, Im using minecraft forge 1.7.2 recommanded version, I've compiled the modpack with the 3 folders of bin / config / mods, in the bin folder I have the modpack.jar (minecraft forge), but I get the below error when I try and download and run the modpack from tekkit launcher, any help would be appricated. http://pastebin.com/b2ZUXahP

How do I go about setting it up, that if I update the mudpack, the user is asked to update the modpack?

The moonquest mudpack I want to use has a photo up and says to use that build version
