need still help!

Hey Guys, i need your help with my tekkit server.. i uploaded all files and stuff on my server. i started it and i got no problem to connect.. but i can't use any command (An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command). I'm in the ops.txt file.. restarting the server doesn't help. I hope you can help me with this problem..
