Description of Problem:
Launcher fails to launch / initialize. Uncertain why this error appears. Minecraft 1.4.7 (vanilla) is working fine.
Due to hard drive failure, had to re-install everything (including Windows XP), but TechnicLauncher won't work. Windows and all other programs are on new, primary hard drive, I: (automatic assignment by Windows XP installation).
Error Messages:
TechnicLauncher.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

This is a new installation of the Technic Pack. .techniclauncher/logs folder does not exist yet...
