Try deleting everything except world files in the server folder. Unpack and GO! Worked for me. Edit: Also, make sure you have enabled "Options -> Always use development builds" in the Technicpack Launcher, otherwise your client wont update to 0.5.5 -

Same here. I was on 0.5.2 before updating and a different error.
