How do you fix it?

I have a problem like that, but tekkit is just not working at all. When i click it, it goes to the mojang screen, but then it exits on its own. What do i do? ive deleted and re downloaded it like 5 times, but it still doesnt work. What do i do?

It's only blocking Technic and Tekkit. the rest of the modpacks work. Is there a reason for this?

I've deleted and re-downloaded TechncLauncher, but i can't seem to run Tekkit or Technic. When i looked at the troubleshoot, it said it was a faulty application. It's worked in the past, but it doesnt seem to work now, and Norton Antivirus keeps blocking it. What do I do to fix it? (btw i have windows if that makes any difference)
