Launcher Version: 253 Operating System: windows 7 Java Version: 7.25 Antivirus Program: Eset endpoint antivirus (doesn't matter) Description of Problem: Launcher does nothing when started (even doesn't open a window or show in Windows task Manager) if there is special character in its directory (in my case "!", but another characters may cause this too (C:\Technic!\Techniclauncher.exe for example)). Error Messages: none Error Log: none
