hahaha....nice "quotation" there. This entire house hold and a majority of the people on our server has or still does work in customer support, we're just trying to figure this out for obviously our own and also anybody else's out there and coming to you because one can't fix anything if they're not aware of the issue. If you think it's "over your head" that's fine. Sorry to be of such a bother and thanks for not banning. I've noticed the forums not the most lenient.

Well my attitude did get a response from ya, saying that you got no idea....that alone is more than I was getting and an answer I'm ok with, If this is a crazy issue and with everyones heads together can't figure anything out....I'm ok with that. Although as my buddy nick stated we put money together to run a server but was wanting to change to something a bit more "simple" with mods....totally willing to donate for good service and assistance but so far that's lacking.

wow, I feel as if i didn't follow the bug template that I would've at least been replied to saying I had a temp ban. Can you guys at least say, we're looking into the matter, ask me questions, maybe do anything that helps me know the 60+ views on this has been seen by a moderator and not just other forum posters....when I first got tekkit I was telling people to check it out it's awesome and perfect, only thing I can complain about is my server crashing after a day or two and that you guys have NO assistance for me. This alone though would change my mind from suggesting to just saying that this self mod installing program is nothing but a big bug report....

Well, we added chunk loaders and now that it ran for about 12 hours with lots of stuff going on, and chunk loaders....I woke up with a friend on the server....as soon as I tried to join server commands stopped working and stuff....any idea what is going on and why my server will stop letting local IP's join
-
oh figured out chunk loading, I'm so sorry....dumb customer today '

Arg...I been in the other server forum and just saw the massive server slow down due to buildcraft contraptions, I think that's exactly what's going on....so we need to try chunk loader blocks?!? Would you like a reply to if this resolves the issue? I think it may be the cause now that I've had more time to go through more posts.... Sorry for any waisted time but it's greatly appreciated. If you have any other idea's or know this isn't the issue let me know.... btw if you know a link for more explanations about these blocks please let me know, I know my stuff but have been very busy and am kind of a n00b at running my server. (I will obviously keep using my resources for more information)

Launcher/pack Version: Tekkit 2.1.1 (latest update) Operating System: Windows 7 64bit Version of Java: 7.1 64bit Description of Problem: So I'm running into this issue but only after having my server up and running for generally over a day or two, friends can still join outside of my local network but any computer or myself within the network with the server, we get timed out. Plus when this happens if I make server commands it lags in cmd response (seems to be related, only happens when this issue is going on). Error Messages: N/A Link to pastebin of log: http://pastebin.com/HZ6gyjD8 Now it's pretty obvious (or I think) that's just a total crash yet my friends can join like I said outside of the local network and I can go back roughly 6-12 hours to my last physical back up of the entire server folder and join their.... I read the set up for the server and went to all the mod/plugins pages and read through it but they're just basic overviews on those specific items, nothing (from what I saw) mentioned server bug corrections or anything like that so just wondering if perhaps I missed something. I downloaded the server zip, extracted and adjusted RAM accordingly, (got new java to fix Advancedmachines issue), but running into this issue where it seems like the server becomes "corrupt" in a region and it lags bad in that area, when this happens it makes any local computers not join, and when I put commands into the server it even takes a long time to respond to them. I'm wondering if there was an issue with machines running while no one was on in an area with lots of stuff going on? I know chunks usually shut down but it seems like they weren't, should I try running my character on the server as afk even when I leave to work to see if it crashes for a better report? If anyone has any idea's or links to something I missed please let me know. Thank you for your time it's much appreciated Sorry if this is all just crazy I do customer support so take your time, ask what ya need and if ya do agree with the idea of running my character on the server just say so and I'll get that going for ya....just gotta backdate the server again :'(...

Ok so after spending time to read your rules and stuff I believe I'm not breaking any. If I should start my own forum post just say so, although my issue is kind of related to this so I thought I'd post here.
