Can I get back to the overworld from a mystcraft world?!

Thankyou loads. Could you clarify the difference between server and client as I am very new to this. If it is something to do with multiplayer you may want to know I am in single player creative peaceful mode. -
I accidentally went into a Mystcraft world without an overworld-made linking book or any knowledge of the mod. I am now trapped in a series of Myst worlds. How do I get back? P.S.Also, how do I remove Mystcraft altogether?
