Yeah, I don't really like redstone lamps. I don't want ground lit up just by objects on the ground, I want long range lighting. Kind of like a missile. Fire and forget.

One idea that would be awesome and not too difficult to implement into Voltz would be spotlights! I made a compound to test out nuclear missiles and I kept getting pestered by mobs and stuff so I built a fence. Well putting torches inside the fence looks like trash, I couldn't figure out a good light source to keep the mobs from spawning and it hit me. Spotlights would be a good thing to put in Voltz and people would use them.
