Hello my server doesn't start it says that it cant download some special items or corrupted files. What now?

Mod Edit: Does this look like the Bug Board to you? Hello, My tekkit keeps crashing since a few days. I am using sphax 64x with tekkit update. And i keep running out of memory and if i change the thingy in options in the launcher i got 1 GB and when i am making it higher it crashes because it is to much. What now.
