Im have fixed it all now just having a problem with the /cache/update i don't know how to do it

ok thx and i have searched around Google just can't find anything on this :v might just be me lol. if you could could you tell me how to do it because i have done what you said and now im stuck again lol, i don't wanna waste your time if your busy thx :)

Iv been trying to do this for atleast an hour and i just can't get TechnicSolder working after it says to use this script: "php artisan migrate:install" script: "php artisan migrate" so i was wondering if there's any other way also im running xampp so i use my website to host the files. if anyone could help that would be great but if you could help with TechnicSolder for xampp then that would be great too :)
