So I am getting a new computer, my friend said i should get a cheap graphics card because it is cheaper to cool but I want a GTX Titan or GTX 690 so I don't need to make costly upgrades to my computer for many years. Any thoughts?

Hi, so I want to make Youtube videos with content from the Technic launcher in them however I would also like to monetize them. (put ads on them) I have read the Terms of Service and have searched for another thread on this topic but didn't find one. I didn't find the Terms of Service very clear on Youtube videos and monetization. I made this thread because I don't want any legal problems no matter how small.
