i was wondering if it was possible to add a recipe to tekkit, google is being no help at all, simply giving me plugins etc to change recipes. the owner of the server i play on has agreed to add a recipe for uranium from uu matter if i find out how.

recently my technic launcher hasnt been working, and i found out it was due to norton(maybe, this is the first time its ever not worked), can someone help me let techniclauncher through? i am running windows, have the latest java, and its 64 bit.
